Albert knows that Listen Hear can find the best solution for each of his clients. His goal is to integrate, with one touch or a simple voice command, lighting control, heating/cooling, security and entertainment for any age or size home.

Leslie Wurst

Marketing, Customer, Vendor & Staff Relations

Leslie is the ultimate "bridge builder" at Listen Hear. While Albert focuses on the technical vision of a unified home, Leslie ensures that the human side of the business: the clients, the partners, and the team stay just as seamlessly connected.

Mikey

Sales Lead

Mikey believes great technology should be accessible, not overwhelming. He works closely with clients to design A/V and smart home systems that balance performance, simplicity, and cost. Whether it’s a dedicated theater or a whole-home setup, his focus is always on delivering solutions that feel tailored without overcomplicating the experience. Outside of work, Mikey enjoys exploring new technology and spends his time 3D printing and building custom projects.

Lead Installer

As Lead Installer, Ian oversees the execution of every project from first wire to final close of the system rack. With a deep understanding of hardware design and installation best practices, Ian ensures each component is installed with precision and performs as intended. His leadership on-site keeps projects running smoothly while delivering a clean, reliable, and high-performing result for every client.

Hunter

Installation Technician

Hunter supports the installation process with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. From pre-wire and device mounting to system checks, Hunter plays a key role in bringing each project together. Committed to quality workmanship, Hunter helps ensure every install performs and is ready for everyday use.

Smart Home Programmer

James brings a strong foundation in both software and systems design to every Control4 project. With experience in building and structuring complex digital systems. Smart home programming by James is intuitive, reliable, and tailored to each client’s lifestyle. From custom automations to seamless user interfaces, his work ensures that every interaction with the home feels like a two-way conversation.
